Keith was a key artist involved in the development and establishment of the Blackness Public Art programme in Dundee. He also contributed to the Dundee's civic art programme, including Dundee Trades, the Saltire Award winning ceramic plaques at Bellfield street, and a number of other projects in and around the city centre.
