Keith has been further engaged in public art management launching several well-recognised artist led and community engagement initiatives. Of note, Keith was the main liaison and working over several years with acclaimed artist, Ian Hamilton Finlay in the co-ordination, production, delivery and acquisition of Finlay’s sculptural work, Cythera, for South Lanarkshire Council.

Between 2000-2015, Keith has worked closely to commission and/or engage numerous artists at the commencement of their careers. These have included now eminent Scottish artists: Karla Black (Venice Biennale – Scottish Pavilion 2011; Turner Prize nominee 2011), Scott Lavery, James McLardy (Glasgow Museum of Modern Art – Sculpture artist 2012), and Torsten Lauschmann (Newcastle upon Tyne – nominee artist for contemporary art.)
Currently, Keith (2016 - present) is assisting in collaborating with artist, Sylvia Grace Borda, to complete a new set of work for exhibition at Mustarinda Arts Centre Finland. He remains available and open to assist artist's in the development, curation, and delivery of their own art projects within Europe, and North America.

Keith believes strongly in creating meaningful, engaging and robust public places as part of his practice.
He remains open also to consult and assist others in defining opportunities for artworks, public art project planning, facilitating selection processes, and project management for the design and installation of integrated site specific art commissions in civic and privately-developed projects. At present Keith is currently enjoying working with various agencies on their strategic planning, technical design, maintenance, and procedure guideline documents related to the delivery mid-scale public art projects.
